Users subscribe to a monthly membership package for food, drinks etc.. Users/Members then may access any of our partner venues to claim their meal or drink, without the need to present coupons or vouchers. As Users have already paid their monthly membership there is no need for any transaction/ payment processing at time of pickup. Members can roll over any unused meals or donate a meal to charity to feed the homeless.
Each venue (restaurant, cafe, bar) has the flexibility to add any number of meals or drinks to their Havn App menu and change their offering daily, in fact we encourage our partners to add daily specials.
1. Havn members open the Havn app; member looks for a venue near by; member picks an item (or more) from a Havn partner menu, and places their order
2. Member receives an electronic voucher in the app representing their order
3. Member then visits the Havn partner venue to claim/pickup their order by presenting the voucher on the app
4. Havn partner venue fulfills the order and serves it (on-site or take-away) to the member
5. Members leave after they are served, without making any payment
