This is only if you participate in our Drinks subscription package. We promote your venue (bar, pub, restaurant) through the Havn app, website, and various other channels such as push notifications free of charge which drives more footfall to your venue and frees up your staff to engage with on- site customers.
Offering free drinks has always been a key marketing tool for venues, we are not re-inventing the wheel but simply offering venues an easier and cheaper way to drive footfall.
This not only drives more footfall but also builds customer loyalty and the opportunity for the customer to spend more and keep coming back with friends.

Can Havn members leave a tip through the app?
Havn membership covers all costs. Tipping is not required. Havn members have the option to offer a tip via the app if they feel the restaurant / server has gone above and beyond. All tips on the Havn app will be forwarded electronically to the venue for distribution to its staff.
What kind of tools do restaurant partners receive?
Havn has a separate app for partners with your dashboard to help venue partners keep track of new orders, and manage service. Our venue app software gives deeper access to menus, payment information, sales data and customer insights. We’ve got a tech team making sure the partner tools are up to speed and running smoothly every day.
How does Havn fight food waste?
Havn provides a marketplace that connects businesses who have surplus food with Havn members who want to rescue this food either for their own consumption or to donate to charity. Havn members can order a specific meal or a “Havn bag” of surplus food at a discount to retail price and then collect it from the stores in question in a pre-set collection time window.
Through the Havn venue app, Havn partners can upload any surplus meals that otherwise might go to waste, and set a price and collection time window.
How are orders processed on the Havn app?
Orders from Havn members will show directly on the Partner’s App where you will be able to accept and update the order status. The Havn team will provide training to help you understand how orders are processed, tracked and managed on the platform.

Getting your business on Havn is super easy. Simply fill out the interest form on our website, once approved, you can upload the food, drinks or meals that you wish to offer our members.
Are there any joining or installation fees?
There are no fees, no new equipment and no software installation to get your business on Havn. We only collect a service fee based on what you sell to our members on the Havn app. This fee is calculated as a percentage of your sales on the Havn app for the meals and drinks you sell.
How much % of revenue do I (my business) share with Havn?
Unlike other food/drink apps and delivery apps, we do not charge any fees to businesses for joining nor any monthly subscription. We have paying members who search for restaurants/cafes/ bars near to their location to claim their meal or drink. We do all the marketing for you to send you customers, freeing up your staff time to better focus on meal quality and customer service.

What’s the signup process like?
Once you fill out our interest form, a member of the Havn team will contact you to discuss your business and make sure we’re a good fit.
Are there any additional costs involved in signing up?
There is no on-boarding fee, no subscription fee, no installation fee.
We only charge you when we send you a customer who claims a meal. We do not charge you for members who claim a drink as this drink is offered to our members free of charge only by venues who participate in our Drinks membership packages.
If you require a photographer to take professional photos, we can provide but this will include a fee for the photos and equipment used during the photoshoot. Easy Payment options are available.
Is my restaurant a good fit for Havn members?

When and how will Havn pay us?
We will set up a direct debit to your account for easy payments.
How long does it take to become a partner?
Depending on how many locations you have, it’s possible to become a Havn partner in a day! You can begin the process by signing up on www.havn. app. We’re excited to hear from you!
Is there a cancellation charge if we terminate our contract with Havn?
There are no on-boarding fees and no cancellation fees, businesses can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice period to protect our members.
How can I update my menu on the Havn app?
On the Partner’s App, you can offer every menu item that you have available. Add an item name, description, pictures, daily quantity (if there is one), along with other options too. You have the flexibility to create as many menu items as you want and select the ones that are part of the Havn subscription.
If you have multiple venues, you can duplicate a menu from one venue to another.
If certain items have limited availability, you can indicate and set the time directly in the platform.

As Users have already paid their monthly membership there is no need for any transaction/ payment processing at time of pickup. Members can roll over any unused meals or donate a meal to charity to feed the homeless.
Each venue (restaurant, cafe, bar) has the flexibility to add any number of meals or drinks to their Havn App menu and change their offering daily, in fact we encourage our partners to add daily specials.
1. Havn members open the Havn app; member looks for a venue near by; member picks an item (or more) from a Havn partner menu, and places their order
2. Member receives an electronic voucher in the app representing their order
3. Member then visits the Havn partner venue to claim/pickup their order by presenting the voucher on the app
4. Havn partner venue fulfills the order and serves it (on-site or take-away) to the member
5. Members leave after they are served, without making any payment
